Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every piece. If your order isn’t exactly what you expected, we’ll make it right. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
To begin a return, simply contact us at returns@orijinculture.com and our team will guide you through the process.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging must be included
We do not accept returns on:
- Worn or damaged items not due to our error
- Items returned outside the 14-day window
- Sale items
Shipping & Return Costs
- U.S. returns: Return shipping is covered
- International returns: Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Please note: original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original form of payment within a few business days.
Exchanges
If you’d prefer a different style or color, we’re happy to assist with an exchange within the 14-day window.
Gifts
If your item was received as a gift, you may exchange it or receive store credit once the return is processed.
